What We Do

01

ENGAGE

We engage discussions with artists to get an idea of what they do and why they do it. Getting to know the artist behind their art work allows for better understanding. We address topics like: "why is art  important" and "how do we as artists contribute to the community".

02

EDUCATE

The purpose of the interview & activity videos is to give a spotlight to local artists. The interview segment is where the featured artist discusses their personal journey. The art activity video is where the artist and host (Ailyn) do a fun activity related to the art form that is being represented.

03

UPLIFT

AWO serves to provide a platform for artists to promote their work and talk about their journey. We are interested in artists that use their craft to promote positive and encouraging messages. We value quality and care when it comes to the artists we promote and the content that we create.

04

SUPPORT

AWO is not only for artists we are for the community. It is our goal to engage and support artists to further support the community! It is never about the artists themselves, but how our work can be used to: empower, shift, and elevate ourselves and others.
